The online store offers exchanges or returns of goods within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality:
By the legislation, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the store decides whether to accept the product back at its discretion.
If you want to return the product for subjective reasons (for example, it does not meet your expectations, you did not like the color, size, etc.), the quality and characteristics of the product correspond to the declared requirements.
The returned goods must be of proper quality, if they have not been used, their appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the purchase of the goods, have been preserved, within fourteen calendar days. The returned goods are accepted in the packaging in which the Client received it upon delivery. Goods specified in the list of goods not subject to return are not accepted for return.
Return conditions for goods of improper quality:
Before returning/exchanging the goods, it is mandatory to inspect the authorized service center of the manufacturer’s company. The cost of additional quality inspection (expertise) of the goods is paid by the seller (manufacturer). If, as a result of the inspection (expertise) of the goods, it is established that there are no defects in the goods or they arose after the transfer of the goods to the consumer due to violation by him of the established rules of use, storage, or actions of third parties or force majeure, the consumer is obliged to reimburse the seller (manufacturer) for the expenses incurred for the inspection (expertise), as well as the expenses related to its conduct for the transportation of the goods.
